The dress features a V-neckline, short fitted sleeves, and a self-fabric tie belt at the natural waist. Side pockets are integrated into the skirt seam. The silhouette is gently A-line, falling below the knee with a clean, unfitted hem.
Large hand-waxed hibiscus flower motifs in natural cream are scattered across the skirt and sleeves in traditional Sri Lankan batik wax-resist technique. Each motif is applied individually by hand, with visible wax-resist detailing within the petals characteristic of authentic batik craft. The deep navy base and natural cream motifs create a refined, high-contrast composition that reads as both bold and considered.
The organic cotton-linen blend provides a structured yet breathable drape, with the linen weave texture visible throughout the fabric surface. The tie belt allows the fit to be adjusted at the waist, accommodating a range of body shapes without altering the overall silhouette.
